has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing

Sales Tax Information:
All items shipped to destinations in Canada are subject to Canadian Goods
and Services Tax ("GST") at 5% or Harmonized Sales Tax ("HST")
at 13%. Customers of B.C.will be charged B.C. PST at 7% if a PST number
is not provided to us.
Ladyjewelry.com does not charge sales tax on any orders shipped out of Canada.

Returns:
All returns must be pre approved by Ladyjewelry.com. To obtain a return
authorization, please contact customer service by e-mail to E-mail: jewelry
@ ladyjewelry.com. All returns must have origional tags attached, be in
the origional shipping condition and not have been used or displayed.
A copy of origional sales receipt must accompany the returned items. All
refunds will be issued in the same method as payment upon receiving the
return. We do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
